| 摘 要： | 目的观察类肝素药物喜疗妥软膏(Hirudoid)对深Ⅱ°烧伤创面愈合的作用.方法新鲜的深Ⅱ°烧伤创面清创后,治疗组早期使用喜疗妥软膏和SD-Ag霜,对照组单纯全程使用SD-Ag霜,观察两组创面早期的愈合时间、愈合后的瘢痕轻重等.结果治疗组比对照组创面血运改善明显,愈合时间短,愈合后瘢痕轻.结论深Ⅱ°烧伤创面使用类肝素物喜疗妥软膏可以改善血运,防止创面加深,缩短愈合时间,愈合后瘢痕轻. |

| Abstract: | Objective: The effect of heparinoid hirudoid cream (hirudoid, Sankyo Pharma GmbH, Germany) for wound healing of deep 2nd degree burn was investigated. Method: After the fresh deep 2nd degree burn was debrided, the treating group was handled with both hirudoid cream and SD Ag cream at the early stage, and using only SD Ag for 3 days until the wound healing, while the control group was teated with only SD Ag in the whole process. Observation was made in the two groups, on the early changes of the wound, the healing time and the scar degree after healing. Result: The treating group showed the clearer improvement in the circulation of wound, the shorter healing time, and the lighter healing scar than that of the control group. Conclusion: The observation suggests that treating the wound of deep 2nd degree burn with heparinoid hirudoid cream can improve the circulation of wound, prevent the wound from deepening, shorten the healing time and lighten the healing scar. |
