监测脐动脉、腹主动脉血流预测胎儿宫内发育

提高出生人口的素质是计划生育内容之一。探讨在胎儿期预测胎儿宫内发育的方法对优生具有重要意义。运用彩色多普勒监测胎儿脐动脉、腹主动脉血流,若脐动脉血流S/D>3、PI值>1.7、RI值>0.7时,预示胎儿宫内状况差,围产儿结局不良者占48％;若胎儿腹主动脉S/D值>4、PI值>1.8、RI值>0.8时,预示胎儿宫内发育迟缓(IUGR),围产儿结局异常者占50％。

Prediction of fetal intrauterine develop-ment by supervising umbilical artery and abdominal aorta blood flow

One of the contents of family, planning is to increase the quality of newborn. In this mean,it is important to predict the fetal-development in uterus and fetal distress. In this study,color Doppler was used to examine fetal umbilical artery and abdominal aorta in both normal pregnancy and pregnancy hypertensive syndrome (with IUGR or not). We calculated the S/ D,PI,RI values. If the S/D value of umbilical artery is more than 3, PI more than 1. 7,RI more than 0. 7,the situation of fetus in uterus in bad, and fetal distress is exiting. 48% of the outcome will be bad. If the S/D value of abdominal aorta is more than 4, PI more than 1. 8,RI more than 0. 8, IUGR would occur, the bad outcome of perinetus is 50%. Our study demonstrated that color Doppler supervising of fetal blood flow is a good method to predict fetal intrauterine situation. By this mean, we can find abnormality early and treat it immidiatly.
