静脉注射不同剂量免疫球蛋白治疗川崎病的临床疗效观察

目的　观察不同剂量免疫球蛋白对川崎病 (KD)的治疗效果。方法　 2 2例KD患儿给予中等剂量免疫球蛋白 (1g/kg)联用阿斯匹林治疗 ,另外 2 0例KD患儿给予大剂量免疫球蛋白 (2g/kg)联用阿斯匹林治疗。结果　两组病人治疗后临床表现持续的时间和血沉、C反应蛋白、血小板计数、心电图检查恢复正常的时间没有显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,中等剂量组 6例冠状动脉扩张和大剂量组 5例冠状动脉扩张治疗后均恢复正常。结论　免疫球蛋白 1g/kg或免疫球蛋白 2g/kg联用阿斯匹林治疗KD疗效相同 ,但中等剂量价廉且潜在的不良反应少

A Study on Different Dose of Intravenous Immuneglobulins for Treating Kawasaki Disease

Objective:To observe the effect of different dose intravenous immuneglobulins(IVIG) for treating Kawasaki disease(KD). Methods: Twenty-two cases were treated with mediate dose of IVIG(1g/kg)and aspirin(ASA), the others with high dose of IVIG (2g/kg) and ASA. The effects of two groups were compared. Results: No difference between groups were observed on the lasting time of clinical manifestations and the recovering time of ESR?CRP?BPC and ECG(P>0.05).Six cases with coronary artery dilatation(CAD) in mediate dose group and five cases in high dose group were recovery after treatment. Conclusion:Both mediate dose of IVIG(1g/kg) and high dose of IVIG (2g/kg)for treating KD was same effective, but the therapy of mediate dose of IVIG was cheaper and the potential side effect of mediate dose of IVIG was less.
