| Abstract: | The four pathways could strengthen the cultivation of nursing core competence in undergraduate nursing education,which included giving a definition of nursing core competence,innovating cultivation program and curriculum,reforming teaching methods and means under the principle of ability orientation ,and applying appropriate evaluation approaches. |
