摘    要:目的建立杜仲叶中桃叶珊瑚苷和京尼平苷酸的最佳提取工艺。方法以杜仲叶为试材,乙醇作为提取溶剂,考察了水热浸提法、回流法、超声波法和微波法提取杜仲叶中的桃叶珊瑚苷和京尼平苷酸。采用正交试验考察了乙醇浓度、料液比、回流时间和提取次数对两者提取率的影响,确定最佳提取工艺。结果回流法提取效果最好,60%乙醇溶液、料液比1∶25、提取1.5 h、提取4次为优化提取方案。结论本工艺条件对杜仲叶中桃叶珊瑚苷和京尼平苷酸提取率高且稳定,为杜仲叶的深度开发与利用提供了依据。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extract technology of aucubin and geniposidic acid from Folium eucommiae.Methods Four extraction methods were used,namely organic reagent extraction,heating circumfluence extraction,and ultrasonic extraction and microwave extraction,to extract aucubin and geniposidic acid from Folium eucommiae by ethanol solvent.Orthogonal table L16(44)in heating circumfluence extraction was chosen to research the best procedure.Results Heating circumfluence extraction was the best method.The optimum conditions were: 60% ethanol solution,1∶25 of material and liquid ratio,1.5 h extraction and extraction 4 times.Conclusion The extraction rate of aucubin and geniposidic acid is high and steady with this technology,which provides new evidence for further utilization of Folium eucommiae.
