摘    要:本文采用高效液相色谱、质增、紫外和红外光谱对经83—1除草剂(2,4—二氯—6—硝基酚铵)染毒后大鼠尿液中出现的5种组分的化学结构进行了鉴定,并用纯品对照进行确证,发现组分Ⅴ为未代谢的农药母体,其余4种为代谢产物,依次为:二氯氨基酚、二氯氨基酚丙酮酸结合物、二氯羟氨基酚缩合物和二氯氨基酚葡萄糖醛酸结合物。

Abstract:The structure of the five new components in the urine of rats which had been exposed to ammonium salt. 2,4-dichloro- 6- nitrophenol was identified by high-performance liquid chromatography, mass spertrometry, ultra - violet and infrared spectrometry. It was found that the component No. V was the original herbi cide, and the others were its metabolites, they were 2,4 -dichioro -6-aminophenol(DCAP),a-eylate of DCAP and propanonic acid, polymer of 2, 4 -diehloto - 6 - hydroxyiaminophenol and 2,4-dichloro-6-aminophenolglucocidic acid, respectively.
