摘    要:目的:优选小儿启脾颗粒中药材的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以提取液中人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1、Re的总含量以及总固体得率为指标,综合评分优选药材的提取工艺。结果:药材较优的提取工艺为加水9倍,提取3次,每次1h。结论:优选的提取工艺各活性部位提取率高,操作简便,适用于生产。

Abstract:Objective: To investigation the technology of optimal extraction for children qipi granules. Method: Orthogonal test was employed for selecting the optimum of extraction technology by colligation score and the indexes of the contents of ginsenoside Rgl, ginsenoside Rbl ,ginsenoside Re and total solid matters in water extraction. Result: Nine volumes of water,extracting 3 times with one hour for each time was considered the optimum extraction technology of the herbs. Conclusion: The considerable extraction rate of active components in the drugs is achieved by applying the selected technology, and the simple method is fit for production.
