泰安市0～6岁儿童血铅检测结果分析

目的了解泰安市0～6岁男女儿童2673人血铅水平及铅中毒状况。方法采用原子吸收光谱法。结果泰安市0-6岁儿童血铅中毒率为7.7%;就性别而言,男女儿童组中毒率分别为8.9%、6.7%;就年份而言,08,09,10年的儿童铅中毒率分别为13.2%,4.6%,5.4%。结论泰安市0-6岁儿童铅中毒率较高,男童明显多于女童,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,铅中毒与家庭环境、个人卫生习惯、住房等诸多因素有关。

Blood lead level of 0~6 years children in Tai'an area

Objective: To study the blood lead levels of children aged 0～6 and lead poisoning in Taian area.Methods: The atomic absorption spectrometry was used.Results: The blood lead poisoning of children aged 0-6 years was 7.7% in Taian.The poisoned groups of boys and girls were 8.9%,6.7% respectively.In terms of the year,childhood lead poisoning rates were 13.2%,4.6% and 5.4% in years of 08,09,10,respectively.Conclusion:The lead poisoning rate of children aged 0-6 years is high in Taian city,and among them,the lead poisoning rate of the boy is significantly more than that of the girls.Lead poisoning has relationship with the family environment,personal hygiene,housing and many other factors.
