| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨老年患者人工全髋关节置换术后深静脉血栓形成的护理干预与对策。方法：76例老年患者人工全髋关节置换术后,根据深静脉血栓形成的相关因素以及老年患者血流动力学特点,采取一系列相应的护理干预与对策。结果：76例患者仅1例出现深静脉血栓。结论：对老年患者人工全髋关节置换术后施以有效的护理措施,可以降低静脉血栓栓塞症的风险,减轻患者痛苦,还可以降低医疗费用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the interventions and countermeasures of deep vein thrombosis in elderly patients with total hip replacement. Method： According to the relevant factors and hemodynamic characteristics of elderly patients, 76 cases elderly patients with total hip replacement were treated by a series of interventions and countermeasures. Result： only 1 case of 76 cases in patients with deep vein thrombosis. Conclusion： We consider that the effective care and prevention measures can reduce the VTE risk and release the suffering in elderly patients with total hip replacement, and also can reduce the medical costs. |
