原发性肝癌患者术后性激素水平变化及意义

目的探讨原发性肝癌术后复发与性激素水平的关系。方法采用放射免疫固相法检测正常对照（n=10例）组，肝硬化（n=10例）组及肝癌（n=42例）组患者术前血中雌二醇（E2）及睾酮（T）的含量，并对肝癌组患者术后1周、1月、6月、12月时E2及T含量进行检测。结果术前血浆E2、T水平在肝硬化、肝癌及对照组中无显著差异，但E2／T在肝癌组中较其他2组有显著增高；肝癌组术后E2／T水平有下降趋势，至术后6月时再次升高，而肝癌复发患者E2／T值在术后6月、12月时再次显著升高（P〈0．05）。结论肝癌复发可能与性激素比例失衡有关。

Changes of Serum Sex Hormone Level in Hepatocellular Carcinoma after Operation and Its Significance

Objective To investigate the relationship between sex hormone level and the recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods The serum level of estradiol （E2） and testosterone （T） were detected in hepatocellular carcinoma patients （n = 42）, liver cirrhosis patients （n = 10） and control group （n= 10） by a solid phase radioimmunoassay method. The serum level of E2 and T were also detected in postoperative 1 week, 1 month, 6 months and 12 months in hepatocellular carcinoma patients. Results The level of E2 and T had no significantly difference among three groups. While the E2/T ratio was significantly higher in hepatocellular carcinoma than other two groups. The E2/T ratio decreased after operation, but it increased in postoperative 6 months in hepatocellular carcinoma. The E2/T ratio increased significantly in postoperative 6 months and 12 months in patients with recurrence（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma may be related with the unbalance of sex hormone.
