| 摘 要： | 目的：观测高压氧（ＨＢＯ）治疗前后脑血栓患者的体外血栓变化情况。方法：选择２０例脑血栓形成的患者在ＨＢＯ治疗前及治疗１５次后抽静脉血检测在体外血栓形成的长度和湿重并进行比较分析。结果：２０例患者ＨＢＯ治疗前体外血栓平均长度为２２．５５ｍｍ，治疗后为１３．０５ｍｍ；血栓湿重治疗前平均为５４．１ｍｇ，治疗后为３２．３ｍｇ，两者前后相差均非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：ＨＢＯ治疗有明显减小脑血栓患者体外血栓形成的作用 |

| Abstract: | Aim:To observe the changes of thrombus formed in vitro from the blood of cerebral thrombosis patients.Methods:Venous blood was drawn to allow to form thrombus in vitro from 20 patients with cerebral thrombosis before and after 15 times of HBO treatment,and the average length and wet weight of thrombus were measured respectively and compared.Results:The average length of thrombus was 22.55 mm before and 13.05 mm after the HBO treatment;and the average wet weight of thrombus was 54.1 mg before and 32.3 mg after the HBO treatment.There were very significant difference( P <0 001)of average length and wet weight measurements between those before and after the HBO treatments.Conclusion:HBO treatment has significant effect of reducing the size of thrombus formed in vitro from the blood of cerebral thrombosis patients. |
