| 摘 要： | 应用３ＨＴｄＲ释放法检测了红细胞对ＮＫ细胞活性的影响，结果表明在不同效靶比例时，红细胞均能显著增强ＮＫ细胞杀伤活性（Ｐ＜００１），而且红细胞的这种功能与其胞质液有关。提示红细胞通过调节ＮＫ细胞活性参与机体的肿瘤免疫反应。

| Abstract: | A 3H Thymidine release assay was used to measure the effect of erythrocytes on natural killer cells.It was demonstrated that the activity of natural killer cells was greatly enhanced by erythrocytes at different ratios of effective cells to target cells( P <0 01).The enhancement was related to cytosol of erythrocytes and had nothing to do with its membranes.These results indicate that the erythrocyte is a potent modulator of NK cytotoxicity, which probably plays an important role in human tumor immunology. |
