飞行员心理运动能力与飞行成绩的比较

目的　研究心理运动测验在评价飞行能力上的实际意义 .方法　现役歼强机、运输轰炸机飞行员 99名 ,在计算机上完成 30项迷津作业 ,并由直接领导对其飞行技术水平作系统评价 .结果　迷津作业平均反应时与效标 F5有非常显著偏相关 (r≥ 0 .30 82 P<0 .0 5 ) ,验证了心理运动与评价飞行活动中目标追踪能力有关的假设 ;4个年龄组飞行员迷津作业成绩在正确数上有统计学差异 (2 5～ 2 9岁组 35 .15± 3.5 4比 30～ 34岁组 2 9.78± 10 .2 0 ,P<0 .0 5 ) ,验证了心理运动能力有年龄差异的假设 ;歼强机与运输轰炸机飞行员在单位时间正确率上存在显著性差异 (歼强机 0 .33± 0 .12比运输轰炸机 0 .2 8± 0 .10 ,P<0 .0 5 ) ,验证了迷津操作能力可以通过专门训练而提高的假设 .结论　迷津作业是评价飞行员地面目标判别能力较好的指标 ,该能力可以通过训练提高 ,对年大歼强机飞行员应定期做有关心理学鉴定 .

Comparison between pilots' mental tracing ability and their flight ability

AIM　To investigate the effect of mental tracing ability on evaluating pilots' flight ability. METHODS　Thirty maze tasks were performed separately by 99 military pilots on computers, and the flight ability of 7 of them were assessed by their immediate superiors. RESULTS　Average reaction time on the maze task had a significant partial correlation with the validity F5（r≥0.3082 P<0.05）. There were significant differences between 4 age groups of the pilots, and the age group of 25～29 years registered a significantly higher number of correct answers than the other three groups（age 25～29 group 35.15±3.54 vs age 30～34 group 29.78±10.20，P<0.05）. The pilots of fighter planes obtained a better result in correct rate per unit time (per second) on the maze task than those of transporter and bombers（0.33±0.12 vs 0.28±0.10，P<0.05）. CONCLUSION　Maze task is a very effective indicator of evaluating pilots' ground target judging ability; mental tracing ability can be improved by flying training; senior pilots should receive periodical psychological evaluation on their mental tracing ability.
