| 摘 要： | 脑胶质瘤是中枢神经系统中最常见的恶性肿瘤,随着各种生物治疗方法在肿瘤治疗领域的应用,关于大鼠C6胶质瘤分子生物学方面的研究进展迅速。文章主要对大鼠C6脑胶质瘤血管生成或抑制因子、细胞周期调控因子以及自杀基因的应用等方面予以综述。 |

| Abstract: | Brain gliomas is the most common malignant tumor in central nervous system,with the application of kinds of biological therapies in tumor treatment,the study about molecular biology of C6 glioma in rat model had achieved rapid development.This article reviews C6 glioma in rat model about angiogenesis or its inhibitor,cell cycle regulating factor and application of suicide gene. |
