摘    要:目的调查某战备仓库蜱虫侵害情况及影响因素,评价控制蜱虫危害的效果。方法采用目测法、药激法、人工小时布旗法调查蜱虫危害,观察蜱虫防制效果。结果犬带蜱指数平均达2520,蜱虫密度最低8只/400 cm2,最高>200只/400 cm2,孳生侵害范围与饲养犬活动范围一致;室内用0.2%奋斗呐水乳剂与0.3%残杀威.右旋苯醚氰菊酯复配液滞留喷洒,室外环境用0.1%高效氯氟氰菊酯与2%倍硫磷复配液常规喷洒,第1次处理后蜱虫密度降至3只/400 cm2以下,第2次处理后蜱虫密度降为0。结论经2次环境滞留喷洒处理,结合对饲养犬灭蜱控制等措施,可有效控制仓库蜱虫危害。

Abstract:Objective To investigate tick infestation of a war readiness warehouse and its influencing factors and evaluate the outcome of the control measures.Methods The visual method,chemical stimulating method and the technique of dragging a blanket over the vegetation on the grounds were used for the survey on the tick damage and observation of the effects of tick prevention and control.Results The average tick bearing index in dog reached 2520,with the tick density in the war readiness warehouse between 8/400 cm2 to 200/400 cm2.The range where ticks infringed was consistent with that in which dogs were fed.Residual spray in the indoor environment was administered using the mixture of 0.2% fendona and 0.3% propoxur.D-cyphenothrin,with conventional spray done with 0.1% cyhalothrin and 2% fenthion in an outdoor environment.The density of ticks decreased to less than 3/400 cm2 after the first spray and to zero after the second one.Conclusion Two residual sprays combined with the control of dog ticks in the environment contribute to the effective control of tick damage to the warehouse.
