万拉法新合并丁螺环酮治疗抑郁症的对照研究

目的探讨万拉法新合并丁螺环酮治疗抑郁症的效果及可行性.方法采用了随机对照研究的方法,把符合CCMD-2-R抑郁症诊断标准的86例抑郁症病人随机分为研究组（44例）和对照组（42例）,研究组应用万拉法新合并丁螺环酮治疗,对照组单用万拉法新治疗,用HAMD、HAMA、TESS量表评定疗效和副作用.结果研究组HAMD减分率在评定的2、4、6、8周末均高于对照组（P〈0.05）.HAMA评分率在评定的2、4、6、8周末均高于对照组（P〈0.01）.研究组的显效率（84.1%）、有效率（95.5%）.均高于对照组（P〈0.05）.两组药物的副作用无明显差别.结论万拉法新合并丁螺环酮治疗抑郁症效果好、起效快、无严重副作用,是抑郁症可行的治疗办法.

Comparison of therapeutic effects of venlafaxine combined with buspirone in the treatment of depression

Objective: To study the efficacy and side effects of venlafaxine combined with buspirone in the treatment of depression.Methods: Eighty six patients who met the criteria of CCMD-2-R for depression were randomly assigned to venlafaxine combined with buspirone treatment groups(44 patients)and venlafaxine treatment group(42 patients)for 8 weeks.HAMD,HAMA and TESS were used to evaluate the efficacy and side effects.Results:The reduction rates of HAMD scores and HAMA scores in study group at the 2nd,4th,6th and 8th weekends were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05)(P<0.01).The significant improvement and total improvement rates in the study group were 84.1% and 95.5%,which were higher than those in the control group.There was no significant difference in side effects.Conclusion: The effect of enlafaxine combined with buspirone is fast and has little side effect in the treatment of depression.
