正常主动脉瓣及二尖瓣双源CT表现及测量

摘    要:
目的利用双源CT显示正常主动脉瓣及二尖瓣结构进行双源CT观察及测量。材料和方法选择本院行双源CT冠状动脉成像,主动脉瓣及二尖瓣结构正常病例60例,男女各30例。冠状动脉扫描原始数据进行多时相重建并导入CIRCULATION软件,测量主动脉瓣及二尖瓣瓣口面积;重建主动脉瓣及二尖瓣最佳开放期及闭合期图像,并分别导入3D软件,显示瓣膜结构。结果主动脉瓣及二尖瓣在开放期的不同时期面积有变化,选择伪影较少的最佳开放期测量瓣口面积,主动脉瓣面积:男性3.70cm2±0.44,女性2.93cm2±0.44,两组间有显著性差异(t=0.00)。二尖瓣面积:男性6.33cm2±0.73,女性5.33cm2±1.11,两组间有显著性差异(t=0.018)。通过多种后处理,可以清楚显示主动脉瓣、二尖瓣及其相邻结构。结论利用双源CT可以准确测量主动脉瓣及二尖瓣面积,男女间开放面积有差异,双源CT同样可以清楚显示瓣膜结构。

Manifestations and Measurement of Normal Aortic and Mitral Valve on Dual-source CT

Abstract:
Objective To observe and measure the normal aortic valve and mitral valve using the dual-source CT(DSCT). Methods 60 cases (male 30 cases, female 30 cases) of normal aortic valve and mitral valve were quantitatively analyzed by using DSCT coronary artery angiography in this study. The raw data of coronary scanning were multi-temporal recon- structed and imported to the CIRCULATION to measure the area of aortic valve and mitral valve.Using 3D software show the structure of valves. Result Tile area of the valves alters in different opening period, the best images of opening period with fewer artifacts were selected. The area of the aortic valves were measured: male group: 3.70 cm^2 ± 0.44, female group: 2. 93 cm2 ± 0.44, significant difference has shown in this comparison (p = 0.00). The area of the mitral valve were measured: male group: 6.33 cm2 ± 0.73, female group: 5.33cm2 ± 1.11, significant difference has shown in this comparison as well (p = 0.018). A clear version of the aortic valve and mitral valve and their adjacent structures could be obtained after a series of post-processing. Conclusions DSCT can be used to obtain the area of the aortic valve and mitral valve: there is a different in the area of opening period between male and female cases; DSCT can also be used 1o display the structure of the valves clearly.
