神经肽Y在肾小球疾病中的研究进展

摘    要:神经肽Y(NPY)是一种在肾血管和肾小管周围分布较多的神经肽,可直接收缩血管,也可增强交感神经递质的缩血管作用和抑制舒血管物质的舒张效应,间接发挥收缩作用;近年发现,肾脏交感神经自身也可通过NPY的Y1、Y2受体来增强肾血管对生理水平血管紧张素Ⅱ的收缩作用。NPY受体目前已发现6种,其中Y1、Y2和Y5受体均可参与调节肾功能,分别产生调节水、电解质的排泄、利尿及收缩血管等作用,影响肾小球疾病的发展和预后。

Abstract:Neurnpeptide Y ( NPY ), mainly distributed in vessels of kidney and nephnc tubule,can directly contract vessels,enhance the vessel-contracting action of neurotransmitter of adrenergie nerve, and repress the relaxation of vessel-relaxing substances,educing contraction indirectly. It has been discovered in recent researches that adrenergic nerve of kidney itsell,with the help of recepturYl and Y2 of NPY ,can accentuate the contraction of kidney vessel by physical-level angiotensin Ⅱ. There are six kinds of NPY receptor,of which,Y1, Y2 ,and Y5 can regulate renal function and respectivel) responsible for the excretion of water and electrolytic, diureses and contraction of vessels,influencing the development and prognosis Renal glomerular diseases,
