门诊属地化管理的实践和体会

目的：通过对外科门诊实施属地化管理，尝试探索门诊管理的新思路、探究新方法，改变工作流程更好地为病人提供快捷、温馨、优质的医疗服务。方法：重新制定人员编制和护理岗位，根据岗位不同和工作内容不同，重新制定了规章制度和操作流程及职责，岗位与绩效挂钩。结果：属地化管理是门诊管理方式之一，在门诊部对外科门诊实施属地化管理，从不同视角来说，这种管理模式，在现代医疗市场的改革发展中，为临床科室在门诊工作中搭建了平台，为医院领导在探讨门诊管理决策上提供了信息，通过外科门诊属地化管理实践，在合理使用人力资源及物品的管理方面都有了不同程度的提升，提高了医疗护理服务质量，改善了医患矛盾，促进了医患和谐，使服务模式贴近了患者的需求。
