中医药联合饮食调理治疗原发性高尿酸血症55例

目的观察自拟降浊汤联合饮食调理治疗原发性高尿酸血症的临床疗效。方法台山市人民医院体检保健中心自2012年5月～11月收治的110例高尿酸血症患者按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组与对照组各55例,两组患者均给予饮食调理,此外观察组给予自拟降浊汤加减治疗,对照组给予别嘌呤醇片治疗。两组患者以连续治疗4周为1个疗程,比较临床疗效。结果 （1）结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组（χ2=11.243,P〈0.01）,具有统计学意义。（2）两组患者UA水平均较治疗前降低,但观察组降低更为明显（P〈0.01）,BUN及Cr水平与治疗前比较无明显差异（P〉0.05）,无统计学意义。对照组出现药疹1例,谷丙转氨酶升高2例。观察组无明显不良反应。结论自拟降浊汤联合饮食调理治疗原发性高尿酸血症效果理想,且安全性高,值得推广应用。

Clinical Observation on 55 Cases of Primary Hyperuricemia Treated with TCM Decoction Joint and Diet Conditioning

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of primary hyperuricemia since joint intends Jiangzhuo soup diet conditioning.Methods The People＇s Hospital of Taishan City from May 2012 to November, 110 cases admitted patients with hyperuricemia according to the random number table, were randomly divided into observation group and the control group,55 cases in each, the two groups of patients were treated with diet conditioning,in addition to observation The group was given from the intended drop cloudy Decoction treatment,the control group was given allopurinol tablets in the treatment. The two groups of patients for a course of four weeks of continuous treatment,comparative clinical efficacy. Results （1） The results of the observation group total efficiency is significantly higher than that in the control group （X2= 11. 243, P〈0.0l） ,with statistical significance. （2） The two groups of patients with UA levels than those before treatment,but the observation group decreased more significantly （ P 〈0. 01）, BUN and Cr levels before treatment showed no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05）, not statistically significant. The control group 1 cases of drug eruption, elevated alanine aminotransferase two cases. Observation group,no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion Self Jiangzhuo Joint soup diet conditioning treatment effect of primary hyperuricemia ideal and safe,and should be widely applied.
