电视胸腔镜手术在胸部疾病中的应用探讨

目的：探讨电视胸腔镜手术（VATS）在胸部疾病治疗中的应用。方法：我院1994年11月-2001年9月对127例胸部疾病患者施行VATS,其中肺大泡切除55例,血气胸治疗28例,肺楔形切除术13例,纵隔肿瘤摘除术12例,心包开窗术7例,胸膜活检及剥离术4例,动脉民管未闭钳闭术3例,食管手术3例,急性脓胸冲洗术2例。手术均在全麻下进行,胸内操作的治疗要求及结果与常规开胸手术一致。结果：患者术后平均住院天数为6.3d,手术期并发症为0.78%,全组无手术死亡。结论：VATS是一种创伤小,痛苦少,恢复快,并发症少,具有广泛应用前景的胸外科诊疗方法。

Clinical evaluation of video-assisted thoracoscopic procedure for chest diseases

Objective To investigate the role of vedio assisted thoracoscopic procedure in the diagnosis and therapeutic measure of chest diseases. Methods Vedio assisted thoracoscopic procedure was initiated in 127 patients from Nov. 1994 to Sept. 2001. The diseases being operated included pulmonary bullae(55), hemopneumothorax (28), lung tumor(13), mediastinal tumor(12), pericardial fenestration(7), pleural decortication(6), patent ductus arteriosus(3), benign esophageal diseases(3) etc. All procedures were performed under general anesthesia. The intrathoracic manipulation and the results were equivalent to the open chest surgery.Results The mean hospitalization period after operation was 6.3 days. Intraoperative complication rate was 0.78% without mortality. Conclusion The video assisted thoracoscopic approach is going to be one of the advanced technique of choice for those having chest diseases.
