去带可控性盲结肠新膀胱术25例分析

目的:简化手术操作,探索去带盲结肠可控新膀胱术的应用价值。方法:1998年5月至2004年10月,采用去带盲结肠可控新膀胱术治疗全膀胱切除患者25例。结果:25例平均随访1a,完全可控23例,可控率92%。出院时贮尿囊容量为250ml～350ml,1a后为400ml～700ml。无输尿管返流,肾功能稳定。结论:去带可控性盲结肠新膀胱术具有手术操作简单、容量大、内压低、无返流、能自由控制排尿等优点,明显改善了患者的生活质量,具有较好的应用价值。

Analyze of Detenial Cecocolic Dladder was performed for 25 Cases of Bladder cancer after Cystectomy

Objective To simplify the surgical technque in theconstruction of a continent urinary reservior.Methods A detenial cecocolic bladder was performed for 25 cases of bladder cancer after total cystectomy.Results 23 patients have been continent day and night without leakage.The volume of the reservoir was 250 ml~350 ml on discharge from the hospital and 400 ml~700 ml one year later. There has been to evidence of ureter reflux and impairment of renal function.Conclusions Detenial cecocolic bladder provides a large capacity,low intrareservior pressur ,urine reservoir with excellent continence thus improving the life quality of patients .Continent detenial cecocolic bladder is highly recommended for clinical application.
