摘    要:为了增强神经生物学本科教学的科学性、生动性,在传统教学模式的基础上开展第二课堂活动——"Journal Club"最新文献阅读。学生在强化科技英语运用能力的同时也了解到神经科学的最新发展现状,提高了学习的兴趣,增强了学习的主动性,逐步实现学习模式由被动学习向自主学习的转变。同时,第二课堂活动也成为师资培训的契机,强化了教师队伍的科研和学习意识,通过参与学生的自主学习和合作学习增强青年教师的教学能力,提高教学水平。

Abstract:On the basis of traditional teaching mode, extracurricular activities such as the Journal Club were carried out to enhance the scientific nature and vitality of the undergraduate teaching of neurobiology. In this activity, undergraduate students practiced not only their English by reading articles on neuroscience, but also their ability to think and speak like a researcher by giving professional lectures. Students were involved in learning neurobiology and starting to change their study pattern from passiveness to autonomy. Moreover, this activity gave teachers a chance to improve their understanding of modern studying modes, independent study and cooperative learning. Young teachers have made progress in the ability of communication, cooperation, self-study, and their teaching mode.
