东莞市HIV感染现况及防制策略研究

目的：了解东莞市艾滋病病毒（HIV）感染现况，评价业已采取的防制措施，为进一步开展防制工作提供依据。方法：对1991-2000年的常规监测和2001年的专项研究资料进行综合分析。结果：东莞市主要通过被动监测发现HIV感染者，且感染人数有逐年升高的趋势；HIV感染者主要以青壮年男性、境外和外省籍人员为主；主要的传播途径为经血传播，占66.99％，其中静脉注射毒品占56.52％；其次为性传播，占21.36％。目前东莞市已初步形成了一个多部门合作和全社会参与的艾滋病防制体系，艾滋病监测和预防控制网络也正发挥着积极有效的作用。结论：东莞市目前正处于艾滋病流行初期，也是处于防制艾滋病的关键时期，建议采取以宣传教育为主的综合性防制措施。

A study on epidemic of HIV/AIDS and the strategies for prevention and control in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province

Objective To understand the current epidemic situation of HIV/AIDS and evaluate the measures which have been taken so as to provide evidence for policy makers in controlling HIV/AIDS epidemic in Dongguan City.Method The data collected through regular surveillance on HIV/AIDS between 1991 and 2000 and a specific study in 2001 were analyzed.Results HIV carriers were found mainly through passive surveillance and the number seemed to increase over years.Young men coming from foreign countries and other provinces accounted for the most of them.Blood transmission was a predominant route,accounting for 66.99%,in which IDU accounted for 56.52%,and sex transmission was the second important route,accounting for 21.36%.A system of prevention and control of HIV/AIDS based on a multi-sectoral cooperation and joined by the whole society was developed and was functioning effectively.Conclusion The HIV/AIDS epidemic in Dongguan City is increasing and the city is in a critical period for HIV/AIDS prevention and control.A comprehensive approach based on health education is suggested.
