综合医院精神科联络会诊1247例临床分析

[目的]了解综合医院心理科联络会诊病人的原因、科室分布、病种构成及治疗效果。[方法]对所有会诊病人的资料进行分析。[结果]精神科会诊-联络人次逐年增加;患者年龄60岁以上为主;病种构成中以神经症,心境障碍和认知障碍列前3位;科室分布以神经内科、消化科、内分泌科和心血管内科为主;精神科用药情况来看,SSRIs类药物、非典型抗精神病药物及苯二氮卓类应用较多。[结论]综合医院精神科会诊联络非常重要,有利于治疗患者躯体疾病,同时治疗其身心疾病。

Psychiatry Combined Consultation Diagnosis of Complex Hospital to 1247 Cases

[Objective] To know the reasons,section distribution,disease structure and treatment of patients combined diagnosed by the psychiatry of the complex hospital.[Method] The contact person times are increasing annually for psychiatry diagnosis;the patients are mostly over 60,centered on neurosis,mood obstacle and recognition obstacle;they mostly go to neurology,digestive dep.,endocrinology dep.,and cardiovascular medicine;on medication,SSRIs,atypia anti-psychosis medicines and BZ are much used.[Conclusion] The psychiatry combined diagnosis is very important,helpful to treating patients＇ body diseases,as well as mental diseases.
