| 摘 要： | 目的了解全科医生家庭服务意识与服务现状。方法对天津市全科医生培训班1、2期学员进行问卷调查。结果95％的全科医生认可家庭服务，90．52％的医生愿意开展家庭服务，目前已有56．03％的全科医生开展二～三级的家庭服务。结论全科医生家庭服务意识正在形成；初级家庭服务已经开展。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand about conscousness of family service and condition by general practitioners.Methods The general practitioners in first- and second-term train class were investigated with questionnaire in TianJin.Results 95% of general practitioners already approved family service,90.52% of them desired to work for family.At the present time,56.03% of them already went to work for family from second to third class.Conclusion Conscousness of family service is taking shape in general practitioners.Primary family service has developed. |
