摘    要:
为了深化临床教学改革,提高骨科实习质量,通过分析学生在骨科实习阶段所面临的问题,总结了提高学生的临床思维、分析问题和解决问题等综合能力的一些具体做法。例如,安排高年资教师小讲课,训练学生的临床思维;采用病例讨论式的教学方法;加强学生体格检查基本技能的训练;组织骨科专题讨论;鼓励不同病组间学生加强交流以弥补各自病种的局限性;根据不同教学对象安排实习内容;注意加强学生的职业素质培养。通过上述做法,不但训练了学生的临床思维和对疾病鉴别诊断的能力,也提高了他们处理医患关系的能力。这些临床教学方法得到了学生的好评。

Abstract:
In order to deepen clinical teaching reform and to improve the teaching effect of Ortho-paedics practice, the author summarizes the experience in improving students'abihties to analyze and solve problems through analyzing the problems during orthopaedics clinical practice. The practice contents were arranged based on different kind of students. Also it was paid attention to strengthen the occupational quali- ty cultivation of medical students. The abilities of clinical thinking and differential diagnosis of diseases were improved through the various methods. Also it improves their ability to deal with patients. Favorable comment for this clinical teaching method was obtained.
