| 摘 要： | 目的探讨梗阻性肾病导致肾功能衰竭患者行经皮肾穿刺引流缓解肾功能衰竭临床价值。方法经CT检查,实验室检查证实为梗阻性肾功能衰竭,行梗阻肾经皮肾穿刺引流尿液或脓尿。结果梗阻性肾病导致急性肾功能衰竭,行经皮肾穿刺引流尿液,经治疗后,肾功能衰竭得到明显改善。结论梗阻性肾病导致肾功能衰竭,经行经皮肾穿刺引流尿液,减轻了肾功能的损害,为后续治疗梗阻性肾病,提供了宝贵的时间,是安全、有效的对症治疗方法,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical value of percutaneous puncture drainage in treatment of acute renal failure（ARF） caused by obstructive nephropathy.Methods Obstructive nephropathy patients with ARF were confirmed by CT test and Laboratory tests.Percutaneous puncture was used to drain urine or pyuria.Results After treatment with percutaneous puncture drainage,the symptoms of ARF were significantly improved.Conclusion Percutaneous puncture drainage in treatment of ARF caused by obstructive nephropathy is effective and safety. |
