摘    要:目的探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、胱抑素C(CysC)检测在冠心病预防、诊断及治疗中的临床价值。方法200例冠心病患者中急性心肌梗死(AMI)50例(AMI组),不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)85例(UAP组),稳定型心绞痛(SAP)65例(SAP组)。选取同期健康体检者120例作为健康对照组。检测血清Hcy及CysC水平,并进行比较。结果AMI组、UAP组、SAP组血清Hcy及CysC水平显著高于健康对照组Hcy:(22.35±8.18)、(16.54±7.56)、(14.52±6.38)μmol/L比(9.35±3.23)μmol/L;CysC:(1.32±0.27)、(1.88±0.66)、(1.19±0.46)mg/L比(0.80±0.33)mg/L],差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。AMI组血清Hcy水平显著高于UAP组、SAP组(22.35±8.18)μmol/L比(16.54±7.56)、(14.52±6.38)μmol/L],差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论血清Hcy及CysC水平与冠心病关系密切,且Hcy水平随着冠心病程度的加重而增加,检测Hcy及CysC对冠心病的预防、诊断及治疗具有一定的临床价值。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum homocysteine (Hcy), Cystatin C (CysC) detection in coronary heart disease prevention, diagnosis and treatment. Methods A total of 200 cases of coronary heart disease patients including 50 cases of acute myocardiac infarction (AMI) (AMI group), 85 c±ases of unstable angina pectoris (UAP)(UAP group) and 65 cases of stable angina pectoris (SAP) (SAP group) were selected, and 120 cases of healthy controls were selected as control group. The serum levels of Hcy and CysC were detected and compared. Results The serum levels of Hcy and CysC in AMI group , UAP group and SAP group were significantly higher than those in control groupHcy: ( 22.35 ± 8.18 ), ( 16.54 ± 7.56), ( 14.52 ± 6.38) μ mol/L vs. (9.35 ±3.23 ) μ mol/L; CysC : ( 1.32 ±0.27 ), ( 1.88 ± 0.66), (1.19 ±0.46) mg/L vs. (0.80 ±0.33) mg/L],and there were significant differences between two groups (P〈 0.01 ). The serum level of Hey in AMI group was higher than that in UAP group and SAP group (22.35 ± 8.18 )μ mol/L vs. ( 16.54 ± 7.56), ( 14.52 ± 6.38 ) μ mol/L] ,and there was significant difference (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions The relationship between Hey, CysC level and coronary heart disease is close, and Hey levels increase with increasing degree of coronary heart disease. Detection of Hey and CysC has some clinical value on prevention, diagnosis, treatment of coronary heart disease.
