2008年莱芜市钢城区某幼儿园手足口病暴发的调查

目的]分析1起手足口病暴发的特点和原因,为手足口病防控提供科学依据。方法]2008年10月23日至11月7日对钢城区某幼儿园的手足口病病例填写个案调查表,采集典型病例标本进行实验室病毒分离,同时采取疫情控制措施。结果]此次手足口病波及该幼儿园10个班,发病26例,罹患率为6.67%。年龄2~5岁,患儿多与手足口病病人有接触史且有典型的临床症状,2例典型患者粪便标本分离到肠道病毒71型(EV 71)。结论]早期首发病例、轻病例未及时采取防控措施,后期未及时采取停课关园措施是造成此次手足口病暴发的主要原因。
