| 摘 要： | 前列腺癌是男性生殖系最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,在我国的发病率逐年升高。如何实现前列腺癌的无创、灵敏诊断,并有效治疗去势抵抗性前列腺癌是当今该领域研究的重点与难点。本文系统介绍了目前前列腺癌的常规诊疗方法,并对前列腺癌诊疗的新方法,尤其是基于纳米材料的新型前列腺癌诊疗方法进行了深入的探讨和展望。

| Abstract: | Prostate cancer is one of the most frequently diagnosed genital cancers,which the incidence increased over the past decades.It would be of great importance and difficulties to achieve the noninvasive and sensitive prostate cancer diagnosis and castration-resistant prostate cancer therapy.In this article,we summarize the current progress of prostate cancer diagnosis and therapy and highlight the new approaches to diagnosing and treating prostate cancer,especially via the application of nanomaterials. |
