| 摘 要： | 目的观察微创埋线治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将116例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分成治疗组66例与对照组50例,治疗组采用神经节段取穴微创埋线治疗,对照组采用常规埋线治疗。结果治疗组1个疗程后与2个疗程后愈显率分别为90.9%和92.4%,对照组分别为66.0%和80.0%,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）。结论基于神经节段取穴的微创埋线疗法是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效疗法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of minimal invasive embedding in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods The 116 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomly divided into a treatment group（66 cases） and a control group（50 cases）.The treatment group was treated by minimal invasive embedding with points selected according to nerve segments,and the control was treated by conventional invasive embedding.Results The cure and markedly-effective rate in the treatment group was 90.9% and 92.4% respectively after a treatment course and after 2 treatment courses,versus 66.0% and 80.0% in the control,and the differences were statistically significant（P0.01,P0.05）.Conclusion Minimal invasive embedding with points selected according to nerve segments is an effective approach in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. |
