| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刺、动力灸并用治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法按照随机原则,将符合诊断标准的100例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为两组。治疗组50例,采用针刺配合动力灸治疗;对照组50例,采用单纯针刺治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为96.0%,对照组总有效率为88.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针刺配合动力灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病总有效率优于单纯针刺治疗,对椎动脉型颈椎病的治疗有重要意义。
