摘    要:【目的】考察不同浓度表面活性剂十二烷基磺酸钠对磷酸川芎嗪透皮行为的影响。【方法】以离体大鼠皮肤为透过屏障,采用体外Franz扩散池法,绘制渗透曲线,并计算渗透速率,考察不同浓度SDS对LP离体透皮影响。【结果】不同浓度SDS溶液中(0.25%,0.5%,1.0%,2.5%)磷酸川芎嗪的透皮速率分别为19.45,27.87,19.18,16.78μg.cm-2.h-1,迟滞时间为1.32,1.27,2.10,2.69 h。【结论】SDS的浓度与LP透皮速率以及迟滞时间没有剂量相关性,这可能与热力学活性降低及离子对形成有关。

Abstract:[Objective] To observe the effect of sodium lauryl sulfate at different concentration on the transdermal absorption of ligustrazine phosphate. [Methods] With the skin of rats as the diffusion barrier, the permeation curves was drawn through Franz diffusion method, and the effect of SDS at different concentration on transdermal absorption of LP in vitro were observed on the base of the calculated permeation rate. [ Results ] The transdermal permeation rate of LP at different concentration of SDS was 19.45(0.25%), 27.87(0.5% ),19.18(1% ),16.78(2.5% ) μg·cm^-2·h^-1, and lag time was 1.32 h (0.25%),1.57 h (0.5%), 2.10 h(1%), 2.69 h(2.5%). [Conclusion] There are no dose-relationship between the permeation rate or lag time, with the concentration of SDS, this might be explained as the decrease of thermoactivityand formation of ion pair.
