老年糖尿病患者术后认知功能障碍的危险因素分析

目的 研究老年糖尿病患者（DM）术后合并认知功能障碍的相关危险因素.方法 选择72例术后认知功能障碍的老年糖尿病患者（POCD组）和36例术后认知功能正常的老年糖尿病患者（对照组）为调查对象,以简易智能精神状态量表（MMSE）对每例患者的认知功能进行评定.logistic回归分析认知功能障的相关因素.结果 两组在胆固醇（CHO）、合并冠心病、并发DM视网膜病变、是否用胰岛素治疗等方面比较差异有统计学意义.Logistic回归分析显示合并冠心病、并发DM视网膜病变、糖化血红蛋白与老年糖尿病患者发生POCD有关.结论 合并冠心病、并发视网膜病变、血糖控制不好是老年糖尿病患者发生POCD的独立危险因素.

Analysis of risk factors contributing to postoperative cognitive dysfunction in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus

Objective To analyze the risk factors associated with postoperative cognitive dysfunction in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods One hundred and eight elderly patients with diabetes mellitus were divided into cognitive dysfunction group and cognitive function group. Minimental state examination （MMSE） was used to assess each subject＇s cognitive function. Logistic regression was used to analyze the related factors of cognitive dysfunction. Results The difference in CHO,combined coronary artery disease, whether the merger of DM retinopathy, whether the use of insulin therapy between cognitive dysfunction group and cognitive function group had statistical significance. Conclusions Combined coronary artery disease, whether the merger of DM retinopathy, poor blood sugar control are acknowleged as independent risk factors of postoperative cognitive dysfunction in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus.
