不同病程老年2型糖尿病降糖药物应用及分析

目的2型糖尿病不同病程阶段使用的降糖药物不同，探讨随着胰岛p细胞功能下降，降糖药物用量是否应持续增加。方法收集126例老年2型糖尿病患者，病程每5年为一个阶段分成四组，统计每纽降糖药物用量，分析病程对降糖药物用量的影响。结果病程10年以下者口服降糖药物用量最大，病程5年以下者二甲双胍用量最大。病程10年以上者胰岛素用量明显增多，但病程继续延长，降糖药物用量无需增加。结论对病程10年以上的老年糖尿病患者需要的降糖药物不会继续增长，应警惕低血糖发生。

Analysis of usage of hypoglycemic agents in gerontal T2DM patients with different course

Objective To study whether hypoglycemic agent dosage should increase following the secrete function of islets ~ cells decline in type 2 diabetic patients, Methods One hundred and twenty - six gerontal patients were divided into 4 groups in according to their course. Every 5 years was thought to one stage. These patients were similar in average age, blood glucose level, BMI. We compared their different hypoglycemic agent dosage and analyse whether course was related to hypoglycemic agent dosage. Results The patients with DM course lower than 10 years have high dosage of oral hypoglycemic agents, the patients with lower than 5 years course have most high dosage of metformin. The patients with more than 10 years of DM course mostly inject insulin,but in this group, hypoglycemic agents aren＇ t on the increase following clinical development. Conclusions Used hypoglycemic agent dosage aren＇ t on the increase in gerontal DM patients with more than 10 years course, we must be careful of hypoglycemia.
