甲硝唑复方消毒剂毒性的试验观察

甲硝唑复方消毒剂是将甲硝唑、克霉唑与芦荟、蛇床子、苦参、黄芩等植物提取物混合而成的女士皮肤洗消液。对其进行了毒性试验。结果，该消毒剂对雌、雄小鼠急性经口ＬＤ５０均大于１０ ０００ｍｇ／ｋｇ体重；试验家兔皮肤未见红斑及水肿，皮肤刺激反应积分为０； 对家兔眼睛刺激积分指数为０；在豚鼠皮肤变态反应试验中，试验组及对照组豚鼠皮肤均未出现红斑及水肿，皮肤反应强度积分为０，致敏率为０％。因此，该消毒剂属实际无毒级物质，对家兔眼黏膜、皮肤无刺激性，对皮肤致敏强度极轻。

EXPERIMENTAL OBSERVATION ON TOXICITY OF COMPOUNDDISINFECTANT OF METRONIDAZOLE

The compound disinfectant of metronidazole is a skin germicidal detergent for women prepared by mixing metronidazole and clotrimazole with extracts of medicinal herbs such asaloe, Fructus Cnidu, Radix Sophorae Flavescentis and Radix Scutellariae. Test for its toxicity was carried out. The results showed that its oral LD50 in both female and male mice was > 10 000 mg / kg body weight, no erythema and edema were seen on the rabbit skin test- ed, the integral of skin irritative reaction was 0 and the rabbit eye irritation integral index was 0. In guinea-pig skin allergy test, no erythema and edema appeared on guinea-pig skin in both test group and control group, with skin reaction intensity integral being 0 and sensitizing rate being 0%. Therefore, this disinfectant belongs to actually non-toxic substance without irritative effect on mucosa of rabbit eye and skin and with very low intensity of skin sensitization.
