断指再植185例围手术期护理体会

目的:探讨断指再植围手术期护理方法。方法:对185例286指行断指再植手术,加强围手术期护理和正确保存断指。结果:成活268指,成活率93.71%,血管危象发生率15.03%。结论:术前重视保存离断指,术后重视局部护理和患者的生活护理,是促进再植指成活的关键。

Perioperative nursing of 185 patients with replantation of severed finger

Objective: To study the perioperative nursing for the patients with replantation of severed finger. Methods: The replantation was applied to 286 severed fingers of 185 patients and intensive nursing, corrective preservation of severed fingers was adopted as well. Results: 268 fingers survived, the survival rate was 93.71%, and the occurrence of vascular crisis was 15.03%. Conclusion: Much attention should be paid to preservation of severed finger and to local nursing before and after replantation respectively.
