Hcy、VWF在糖尿病视网膜病变患者中的水平及关系

目的：探讨糖尿病视网膜病变（DR）患者血浆同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）和血管性血友病因子（VWF）的水平变化。方法：用循环酶法及ELISA法对41例糖尿病视网膜病变（DR）组患者,30例单纯糖尿病组（DM）及35例正常对照组血浆Hcy、VWF进行测定并分组比较。结果：DM及DR二组血浆Hcy、VWF水平均显著高于正常对照组（P〈O.01）;DR组HCY、VWF水平均显著高于DM组（P〈0.01）。进一步分析糖尿病视网膜病变患者体内Hcy与VWF水平呈明显的正相关（r=0.485,P〈0.05）。结论：Hcy、VWF参与了糖尿病视网膜病变的发生与发展。

THE LEVEL OF HOMOCYSTEINE AND VWF LEVELS IN PATIENTS WITH DIABETIC RETINOPATHY AND ITS RELATIONSHIP

Objective：To evaluat the changes of homocysteine and VWF levels in patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods：The level of homocysteine and VWF were detected in 41 patients of diabetic retinopathy、30 patients of diabetic and 35 normal controls（NC） by enzymatic cycling method and ELISA.Results：The levels of homocysteine and VWF in patients with diabetic retinopathy and patients with diabetic were significantly higher than those in NC simultaneously.The levels of homocysteine and VWF in patients with diabetic retinopathy were significantly higher than those in patients with diabetic.There were positive correlations between homocysteine and VWF in patients with diabetic retinopathy（r=0.485,P0.05）.Conclusion：homocysteine and VWF participate in the occurring and developing of diabetic retinopathy.
