颅内动脉瘤主要发病机制研究进展

摘    要:
颅内动脉瘤(IA)是遗传因素和环境因素共同作用的结果,与遗传基因、脑血流动力学因素、血管因素等相关。其中遗传因素主要涉及诸多新近发现的与IA相关的基因,其表达异常会导致局部血管壁产生不同形式的改变及破坏;持续的血流动力学作用使得血管壁生理结构紊乱,诱导血管壁瘤样变化;血管因素主要涉及炎性反应对血管壁的破坏,如血管内皮、细胞外基质及平滑肌层的完整性被破坏。

Abstract:
Intracranial aneurysms(IA),characterized by a sac-like widening of cranial artery,is a combined effect of genetic and environmental factors.Recently,many genes have been found to be associated with IA.Their abnormal expression may change or even damage local vessel walls in many ways; the continuous effect of hemodynamics causes vessel the structural change walls and leads a tumor-like change; the inflammatory reaction in local vessel walls can damage the integrity of vascular endothelial cells,extracellular matrix and smooth muscle layers.All of these factors are involved in the formation of IA.
