摘    要:
[目的]建立一种简便、快速测定奶粉中牛磺酸的高效液相色谱测定方法。[方法]用纯甲醇沉淀奶粉样品中的蛋白后,以9-氯甲酸芴甲酯(FMOC)为柱前衍生剂,与奶粉中的牛磺酸发生衍生化反应后,反相高效液相色谱法测定含量。以甲醇-0.025mol/L磷酸盐缓冲溶液为流动相(pH=8.0),C18柱为分离柱,二极管阵列检测器(265nm)检测。[结果]本法相对标准偏差为3.38%,加标回收率范围为82.8%-96.7%,检出限为46ng。[结论]本方法具有快速、简单、准确度高的特点,适合于奶粉中牛磺酸的测定。

Abstract:
[Objective] To establish a high performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC)method for the determination of taurine in milk powder.[Methods] After deposited protein with methanol and derivatized with 9-fluolenylmeghyl chloroformate,tarine in milk powder was separated and quantified by HPLC.A mobile phase of methanol-0.025 mol/L phosphate buffer(pH=8.0),an analytical column of C18 and ultraviolet detector with wavelength on 265 nm were used in the study.[Results] The recovery ranged from 82.8%-96.7%,relative sta...
