| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨损伤控制性手术(DCS)在严重地震创伤伤员急救中的应用效果.方法 对2008年5月14日～6月28日我院设于四川汶川映秀地区野战医院收治并随访的32例按DES策略救治的严重创伤伤员的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 按DCS纳入标准入组的32例严重地震伤员先进行急诊手术控制出血和污染,然后给予ICU复苏,待生命体征稳定后,再进行后续治疗.DCS组伤员经ICU复苏后pH、PT、T和SO2监测指标与一般伤员进行比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),全身情况好转,全部顺利经过确定性手术.结论 针对地震创伤的特点,按DCS策略选取适合对象进行救治,可减少伤员死亡率.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of Damage Control Surgery(DCS) in the treatment of serious trauma of earthquake.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 32 cases treated by DCS in Wenchuan earthquake.Results A total of 32 cases selected with the rules of DCS were treated by emergency operation to control the bleeding and contamination,and then resuscitation in ICU was performed.When the vital signs were stable,the definitive operation was performed successfully.The body temperature... |
