| 摘 要： | 目的：了解流行性出血热（EHF）在内蒙古自治区的流行情况。方法：利用疫情报告资料对内蒙古自治区的EHF进行全面分析。结果：1998年后EHF在我区发病呈上升趋势，且发病地区由东向西迅速传开，病例分布相对集中，稳固，发病季节以秋冬峰为主，侵犯人群集中。结论：内蒙古自治区灭鼠难度较大，对高发区和中，低发区的重点人群应采取以疫苗接种的方式来预防和控制EHF。

| Abstract: | To study the prevalence of epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF) in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region (IMAR). To data of EHF from the reporting system for infectious diseases in IMAR were analyzed. The incidences of EHF were increasing since 1998. The attacked area spread from eastern to western region quickly. The distribution of EHF cases was relatively concentrated and stable. The EHF cases were mainly found in autumn and winter.[Conclusion] It is difficult to eliminate rats in IMAR. EHF vaccine should be immunized to prevent and control EHF for the epidemic area. |
