| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨介入并发症、尤其是严重并发症的预防措施。方法 回顾性分析1992年4月-2002年5月2013例次介入诊疗后发生轻中度并发症分布情况和成因。结果 发生轻、中度并发症73例次，发生率为3．6％，无严重并发症发生。结论 在基层医院开展介入放射学工作中预防严重并发症的发生是有可能的。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the complications in interventional procedures & preventing measures from serious complications.Methods To analyzen the complications reasons and distribute condition retrospectively,2013 interventional sessions diagnosis and therapy from April 1992 to May 2002(include 1312 samples of vessel,85 samples supersonic,616 samples non-vessel).Results The incidence of light complications was 3 6% in 73 cases,there're not serious complications were found in all the cases.Conclusions It's complete possible to prevent the serious complications in the basic hospital. |
