摘    要:目的:改进医学教学方法,提高医学生判断、分析、解决问题的能力。方法:2005级临床医学本科专业选修临床药理学学生193人,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组教学以病例分析为主,对照组用传统教学方法,期末调查教学效果。结果:实验组学生对新的教学模式评价较高,有利于培养学生的综合能力和对课程的学习兴趣。结论:学生对于临床药理学课程的病例分析教学模式基本认同,取得了预期效果。

Probe into case analysis model in teaching of clinical pharmacology

Abstract:Objective: To improve medical teaching methods and enhance the ability of analyzing,solving problems and clinical practice in medical students.Methods: In teaching of clinical pharmacology,193 undergraduate students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Teaching method of experimental group was case analysis,the control group was taught with traditional teaching methods.Final test scores were analyzed to investigate the effect of different teaching methods.Results: Students from the experimental group give higher evaluation compared with the control group.The method is conducive to cultivating students’ comprehensive ability and interest in learning the curriculum.Conclusion: Students approve this new method reform.
