新生儿先天性巨型脐膨出诊治的探讨

目的探讨应用一期保留囊膜生理盐水袋修补,二期双重减张缝合方法治疗新生儿先天性巨型脐膨出的临床疗效。方法采用分期修补术：一期应用保留囊膜生理盐水袋将脱出腹腔内容物还纳于腹腔内,二期采用双重减张缝合分期修复先天性巨型脐膨出。结果本组治疗先天性巨型脐膨出15例,其中治愈14例,死亡1例,无切口疝,切口裂开发生,12例存活患儿获1年以上随访,发育基本正常,未见明显消化吸收障碍。结论对于巨型脐膨出术前应保留囊膜,分期修补术治疗新生儿先天性巨型脐膨出的方法操作简单,安全有效。

Explore of diagnosis and treatment of giant congenital omphalocele in neonate

Objective: To explore the resultof staged normal saline bag and double relaxation suture for giant congenital omphalocele in neonate.Methods: Staged normal saline bag closure and double relaxation suture of giant congenital omphalocele in neonate.Results:Of 15 cases of giant congenital omphalocele who underwent operative treatment had 14 survival,1 death,without incision hernia and wound disruption,12 survival children were followed-up for more than 1 year,results show that their development are all normal basically and without obstruction of digestion and absorption.Conclusion: The capsule membrane should be reserved preoperation,staging-reduction repair is a simple,and safe approach to giant congenital omphalocele in neonate.
