| 摘 要： | [目的]分析手足口病暴发原因,探讨有效的预防控制措施,为今后手足口病防制提供依据。[方法]采用暴发调查和个案调查相结合的方法,并对部分病例进行病原体检测。[结果]医疗机构对早期病人的不明确诊断、托幼机构及儿童家长对手足口病的不重视是造成疫情蔓延的主要原因。[结论]医疗机构应加强对手足口病的早期诊断和报告,幼托机构加强随访和日常管理工作,疾病预防机构也应加大对此病的监测和防控宣传力度。 |
