| 摘 要： | 目的对多磺酸黏多糖软膏（喜疗妥）治疗化学性静脉炎的疗效进行系统评价。方法通过中国医院数字图书馆（CHKD）、Medline和Cochrane图书馆,检索2000年1月至2009年11月发表的有关喜疗妥治疗化学性静脉炎的随机对照试验文献,采用Review Manager4.2进行Meta分析。结果纳入10项研究617例患者,Meta分析显示进行有效性比较的研究间无异质性,综合效应OR=5.54,95%CI3.10,9.89],效应检验Z=5.79（P〈0.05）;进行症状消失时间比较的研究间存在异质性,综合效应WMD=-23.92,95%CI-56.31,8.48],效应检验Z=1.45（P=0.15〉0.05）。结论喜疗妥治疗化学性静脉炎疗效优于纳入研究的其他药物,在治愈速度上差异无统计学意义。
