盐酸芦氟沙星治疗细菌性感染50例疗效及不良反应观察

目的：观察研究盐酸芦氟沙星治疗细菌性感染的疗效及不良反应。　方法：应用芦氟沙星治疗呼吸道感染２０例（其中男性１２例，女性１８例）及泌尿系统感染３０例（其中男性１３例，女性１７例）。给药方法为首例４００ｍ ｇ，以后２００ｍ ｇ 每日１次，饭后口服，疗程为５～１４ｄ。　结果：应用芦氟沙星治疗呼吸道感染和泌尿系统感染的有效率分别为９０％ （１８／２０）和９７％ （２９／３０）。本组病例共分离培养出致病菌４０株，对芦氟沙星高度敏感约占７７．５％ ，细菌清除率９６％ 。不良反应共观察到８例，多为胃肠道反应。　结论：芦氟沙星是一种疗效显著的氟喹诺酮类药物。

The efficacy and adverse reaction of rufloxacin on bacterial infection in 50 patients

Objective: To study the efficacy and adverse reaction of rufloxacin on bacterial infection. Methods: The study was conducted using rufloxacin on 20 patients (Male 12, Female 8) to treat respiratory tract infection and on 30 patients (Male 13, Femal 17) with urinary tract infection. The 50 patients received rufloxacin 400mg at first time, following by 200mg by oral after meal once a day. The duratoin was 5~14 days. Result: The effective rates in respiratory tract infection patients and in urinary tract infection patients were 90% (18/20) and 97% (29/30) respectively. In this group 40 pathological strains were isolated from 50 patients. The highly sensitive rufloxacin was 77.5%, and the bacterial eradication rate was 97%. The adverse drug reaction was slight and almost gastrointestinal irritations. Conclusion: Rufloxacin in an effective quinolone against bacterial infections.
