摘    要:
分别以来自于构巢曲霉和酿酒酵母的启动子TrpC和TEF1来构建质粒pYG715/TrpC和pZR333并转化头孢菌素C工业生产菌种顶头孢霉,结果发现只有pYG715/TrpC产生转化子。通过Southern杂交证明质粒整合进顶头孢霉的染色体中

Abstract:
Cephalosporium acremonium , the producer of cephalosporin C, was transformed with plasmid pYG715/Vgb containing the both of a phleomycin resistance gene and a Vitreoscilla hemoglobin gene, which were cloned downstream of the TrpC gene promoter from Aspergillus nidulans . Analysis of Southern hybridization demonstrated the integration of the transformed DNA into the chromosomal DNA of Cephalosporium acremonium .
